On Christiane Northrup's show, Gail recommends the following:
to truly flourish
one must change one's friends and associates.
when we don't have our goal yet, but we make ourselves
attractive to our goal,
usually our ability to receive something [different] WILL change us,
and it will change what we have been attracting!
