In-spirit-ion is our TRUE source of energy!
In-spirit-ion comes through dreaming, sibi nafsek, letting go, releasing yourself, developing ideas, traveling
It also comes from persevering in what you undertake and being interested in reading about all things.

In-spirit-ion doesn’t smile back to just anyone!
Two of its basic conditions are serenity and honesty with oneself
Also having a heart that’s full of love for all people and for nature And having faith in the usefulness of your work and your message.
May there be in Egypt goodness, love and sincerity in all fields!
I believe that people can elevate themselves
through love and sincerity of purpose
In this way, Egypt can become truly
one of the most beautiful countries in the world.

Gourmandise.. A new twist on an old vice!

La gourmandise est percue comme une valeur positive de quelqu'un de genereux et gai, qui aime la vie.. liee a l'appetit de vie.. elle est l'expression d'un mode de vie decomplexe, bon enfant, comme une joie de vivre affirmee!

There is a change of heart in the old continent about 'gourmandise' (gluttony); no longer a vice, it has become a positive value and denotes someone that is discerning and looks for value in what s/he consumes.

While the French meal with all its attending traditions has been recognised in the Unesco's intangible world heritage, the Mediterranean meal is

gaining widespread media attention:  it features lots of fresh vegetables & fruits, healthy snacks, little meat and poultry, and lots of Olive oil! Eating the Mediterranean way
maintains your healthy body weight while you enjoy the best of nature's healthful, delicious AND nutritious foods.

Four modern healthy eating "Commandments":
eat a balanced diet”
avoid unconscious snacking in between meals”
avoid eating too greasy, salty or sweet foods”
"avoid refined and processed foods"

“Le plaisir ne conduit pas forcement a l'exces. Il est reconciliable avec la santee, il lui est meme necessaire si on considere celle-ci d'une perspective globale, incluant la sante mentale.”
